Isaiah representó a Australia en el Festival de Eurovisión 2017 con la canción “Don’t Come Easy”, la cual se convirtió en la tercera candidatura del país oceánico en el certamen. Isaiah se clasificó para la gran final del certamen, en la cual alcanzó el Top 10, sumando un total de 173 puntos que lo alzaron a la novena posición. A pesar de haberse metido en el Top 10 del festival, Australia ha vivido un declive en el Televoto, donde solo obtuvo dos puntos, a los cuales se les sumo la cuarta posición del jurado que le otorgó un total de 171 puntos más.
